West Yard Lofts Construction in Progress at Navy Yard at Noisette
A New ground up residential project is taking shape off of Noisette Blvd between Turnbull Avenue and Noisette Creek. Initial vertical construction prep is now in progress. Landmark Development out of Winston-Salem NC is the developer and recently bought the property. Approx. 60 one, two and three bedroom apartments will be included in the 4-story building. The first new residential development in decades at the Navy Yard will be a modern, urban complex complimenting the existing architecture, culture and commercial uses of the area. This new building is an exciting addition to the historic properties being restored nearby.
