Noisette lies at the center of America's
Atlantic Seaboard, in the heart of the Charleston, South
Carolina metropolitan area. In the last two decades, this
area has become one of the country's most popular destinations.
Each year, millions of tourists visit Charleston from every
corner of the globe, and the residential population expands
by tens of thousands.

The Navy Yard
The Navy Yard, an emerging urban
hub for the Charleston metropolitan area, is under development
on old naval base property. It is accessible from the south
along McMillan Avenue, and from the north from Virginia Avenue.
