Noisette is a 3,000 acre portion of North Charleston. It is a community of rich diversity and each neighborhood offers a unique character to the overall revitalization. Neighborhoods range from Liberty Hill, founded in 1871, to Oak Terrace Preserve, a current City redevelopment managed by Noisette that is transforming World War II worker housing into a sustainable community.

As a part of its investment in the City of North Charleston, the Noisette Company paid for the Noisette Community Master Plan. This document was the product of community and City involvement with professional planners, architects, and engineers. This award-winning plan is available for download in PDF form. The revitalization of Noisette is a City initiative. The Redevelopment of the Navy Yard is the focus of Noisette Company resources.
